Veronika Kardasova
Head of Business Operations
Veronika has been working in the financial services industry in senior roles for more than 12 years across SMSF businesses, both in Australia and overseas. In her role as Head of Business Operations at Crystal Wealth, Veronika is able to combine her financial expertise with her comprehensive knowledge of business accounting, payroll and HR processes to drive optimum efficiency and service delivery for Crystal Wealth clients.
Her role encompasses working closely with external auditors, regulators and service suppliers to the business. Veronika holds a Masters of Professional Accounting degree and a Diploma of Financial Planning and is enjoying the variety of her role.
In her free time, Veronika loves to travel and enjoys theatre, ocean swimming and hiking.
