Matt Davy

Head of Business Operations

Matt has an extensive background in Financial Planning and Investment Management and has worked in the financial services industry during the past 18 years, both in Australia and overseas.

Matt started his career as a Financial adviser in London, where he established a Financial planning practice and specialised in working with medical professionals on their personal financial needs. He has since worked in a variety of roles, serving in a senior capacity in investment management, funds management, financial planning, financial technology, and finance – working in businesses ranging from small financial start-ups to large corporate ASX listed Private Wealth firms, including Perpetual Group.

Matt has intricate knowledge of financial services and is dedicated to client centricity. His role at Crystal Wealth encompasses managing the operational side of the business including compliance, IT and finance; working closely with external auditors, regulators, and service suppliers to drive optimum efficiency and service delivery for Crystal Wealth clients.

Matt holds a First-class Honors degree in International Business with French. In his free time, he loves to travel and enjoys soccer, hiking and running.
